01
Scope & Architecture Overview
BLamdeer ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides specialized industrial 3D modeling pipelines, procedural generation software, rendering toolsets, and digital asset management environments. This document governs all interactions with our desktop applications, API endpoints, web render viewports, and custom client contract projects.
By accessing our software applications, uploading geometry or technical blueprints for modeling services, or licensing procedural runtime plugins, you acknowledge the data operations and security controls detailed herein.
02
Data Collection Parameters
We collect only technical and transactional telemetry necessary to execute 3D generation tasks, fulfill software licensing contracts, and maintain secure infrastructure.
Account & Commercial Data
- Contact identity (Name, Corporate Email, Organization)
- Software license activation keys & seat allocations
- Contractual specifications, SLAs, and order histories
Hardware & Execution Environment
- GPU / VRAM architectures and Vulkan/DirectX driver states
- Operating system build numbers and engine crash traces
- Active runtime compute allocations and node latencies
We do not harvest unprompted personal identifiable attributes, behavioral tracking cookies from external ecosystems, or private peripheral device feeds.
03
3D Asset & CAD File Confidentiality
Your 3D meshes, procedural node graphs, photogrammetry source sets, CAD/STEP assemblies, textures, and custom shaders remain strictly your proprietary intellectual property. BLamdeer operates under strict technological and contractual confidentiality covenants:
Encryption at Rest and in Transit
All asset transmissions through our software synchronization clients utilize TLS 1.3 encryption. Cloud asset storage volumes are isolated with AES-256 multi-tenant cryptographic keychains.
No Model Training on Customer Assets
BLamdeer does not use customer 3D models, wireframes, textures, or project references to train generalized public machine learning models or commercial algorithmic generators without explicit enterprise opt-in consent.
Automated Project Cache Purging
Intermediate render farm caches, temporary bake bvh files, and compiled tessellation buffers are automatically erased within 14 calendar days post-render job finalization.
04
Engine Telemetry & Diagnostics
When utilizing standalone BLamdeer software applications or engine SDKs, anonymized runtime diagnostics may be transmitted to verify licensing concurrency, memory stability, and polygon compute performance. This data contains:
- Frametime averages and draw-call performance spikes
- VRAM bottleneck flags and ray-tracing shader compiler warnings
- Plugin compatibility logs and licensing handshake validation hashes
Users can inspect diagnostic packages or configure offline air-gapped license deployments for mission-critical enterprise workstation pools as defined in our custom enterprise service tier.
05
Infrastructure Nodes & Sub-Processors
We do not broker, rent, or sell your personal data or 3D production files. Data is strictly shared with audited sub-processors necessary to run the software stack:

06
Data Rights & Export Control
Under global regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and international enterprise data standards, you possess enforceable rights over your stored technical records and personal profile data:
Full Data Export
Request instant archive packaging of all project receipts, deliverables, and communication records.
Asset Decommissioning
Trigger permanent multi-pass purge of inactive cloud working files and backup nodes.
Processing Restriction
Restrict automated rendering queues or limit telemetry transmission on local installations.
