Disclaimer & Technical Disclosures

Technical boundaries, performance warranties, and procedural computational limitations governing the BLamdeer 3D engineering platform and software suite.

01

General Information & Purpose

The content, materials, technical whitepapers, 3D asset previews, procedural algorithms, and software product descriptions provided on the BLamdeer platform are presented exclusively for general informational, computational evaluation, and technical reference purposes. While BLamdeer endeavours to maintain accurate, up-to-date specifications regarding our 3D modeling services and software solutions, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the absolute completeness, accuracy, reliability, or real-time availability of any pipeline configuration, render throughput calculation, or geometric specification displayed on this site.

02

3D Model Rendering & Technical Performance

All graphical demonstrations, benchmark metrics, polygon optimization counts, texture map resolutions (including PBR, UDIM, and glTF standards), and procedural pipeline outputs highlighted throughout our project portfolio reflect laboratory and optimized production conditions. Actual computational execution, viewport frame rates, shader compilation times, and polygon render latency will vary depending on your specific local hardware environment, GPU compute architecture, driver compatibility, OS-level dependencies, and third-party host software suites.

03

Software Distribution & Third-Party Compatibility

Any software utilities, SDK integrations, conversion tools, or downloadable automation scripts referenced on BLamdeer are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular CAD/BIM workflow, except where specifically stipulated under formal enterprise licensing agreements. BLamdeer is not liable for data degradation, procedural mesh anomalies, file format incompatibilities, or system interruptions resulting from:

  • Uncalibrated mesh imports into proprietary non-standard host rendering engines.
  • Discrepancies in local GPU compute unit allocation, VRAM saturation, or thermal throttling.
  • Third-party software version updates, deprecated graphics APIs, or unverified plug-in conflicts.
05

Limitation of Engineering & Commercial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLamdeer, its engineers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, technical specifications, procedural algorithms, or digital 3D model deliveries. Users remain solely responsible for performing structural, dimensional, and aesthetic quality-control checks prior to committing 3D assets to physical manufacturing, additive 3D printing, or live commercial production deployments.
